Mark your calendars for May 11: party!
On May 11, 45 Giri will be hosting JCU graduation after-party, writes Astrid Allard. The party will be a celebration for the class of 2007 graduates, plus a send-off for visiting students who soon will leave Rome.
Goodbyes are always a sad moment but by celebrating all together we will try to cast a happy feeling to that night and create another great souvenir for those who will leave to bring back home.
The party will include: dance shows, acrobatic bartending, and live drums. According to Riccardo Restino, one of the party’s organizers, free gifts will be distributed during the night and a “big surprise” will be awaiting JCU students.
Entry tickets are available to purchase each day from 1 to 3PM in the Lemontree Courtyard. They cost 30€, which includes two free drinks and a free t-shirt for the first 200 buyers.
Party organizers Mattia Asti Brun, Riccardo Restino and Laura Baceviciute are expecting a big night. “I am helping to throw the party because it’s my graduation party and I want it to be perfect” says Riccardo.
A professional camera crew will be present that night to record this unforgettable moment. This way students will depart from Rome with memories, the multi-media kind.
